All skulls are insured and will require a signature. Once the item is scanned into the USPS/UPS system, it is no longer in my hands, therefore if the item is taking longer than usual to get to you, I can do nothing about it. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD SHIPPING INSURANCE OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME. However, just know that I see the same thing on the tracking page.  I know how frustrating it is to be waiting on a package. Shipping processing: All orders placed are processed in 2-4 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on holidays. After shipment occurs, delivery dates differ based on location.
